Miss Leong is a registered optometrist with the board of Optometrists and Opticians Board, and is highly qualified and capable of providing eye care of industry standards. She specialises in personalised eye examinations for her patients, such as detection of any various visual abnormalities and ocular diseases.
Her area of clinical interests include but not limited to; managing paediatric eye care, myopia control and learning disabilities in children. She is well versed in optometry and has accumulated professional optical experiences. In 2017, she obtained her Diploma in Optometry at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and received a Bausch and Lomb Prize for Outstanding Performance in the module ‘Paediatric Clinical Practice’. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science Optometry and Clinical Practice by Aston University, United Kingdom.
She has since devoted in Stan Isaacs to the field of specialty contact lenses and primary eye care. Beyond the scope of her career responsibilities, she is particularly keen in delivering her expertise from the heart. She has channelled her time in numerous philanthropic medical missions locally and globally. She previously worked alongside Sight to Sky, a local non-governmental organization, to provide eye services and appliances to communities with limited access to healthcare.
